2. 2 F. Raffaelli - 14/07/2010 Status of Anti production test and scheule. The actual Anti production is referring to a delivery of Four Vacuum tube and accessories. A detailed list of components and accessories is reported in the tender documentation. This include: tooling for handling, rotating structure, covers, sliding ring, etc. The construction is based on a solid Fabrication and Control step Plan that allows us to control the quality during the fabrication process. Aldo Cecchetti from LNF is weekly controlling the Anti construction at the company collecting the documentation. We received from him a weekly report of on the construction status. A delivered of Anti included a detailed documentation ( drawing as Built, materials certificated, welding procedures, reports on the tolerances measurement, mechanical test, photographic documentation, etc).

3. 3 F. Raffaelli - 14/07/2010 Status of Anti production test and scheule. Anti2, Anti3, Anti4 and Anti5 are the delivered elements. Anti2 will leave Frascati the 9 th of August and is going to be at CERN the 10 th of August 2010. Anti3 and the rotation stand are finished at the company (Fantini). The delivery to Frascati has to be managed for our convenience. Anti4 will be at Frascati the 15/09/2010, most of the component are ready. The cylinder is almost finish, Man hole ISO K630 and all flange F200 are ready Anti5 will be delivered at Frascati the 25/10/2010, some parts are alredy prepared for welding.

A sets of drawing of the Anti 6-7-8 and 9-10-11, covers, feet, sliding ring and lifting beam were produced considering a geometry with 240 lead crystals for a total weight of 6000 Kg. The detector geometry was revisited recently. Cesidio design the feet, the lifting bar, checking the compatibly with rotation stand. The drawing of Anti 12 is not analyzed yet.

17. 17 F. Raffaelli - 14/07/2010 Steps for tender procedure Anti 6-7-8-11 The approval for the tender has just arrived. We will invite companies to answer to the tender enquire at the end of July. The final date to present the answer to the tender is the 7 th of September. After a board will be official nominated by INFN. This board is going to examine the offers and decide the winner. The official winner will be communicated to the Central INFN administration in the middle of September. The INFN central administration has to control the company eligibility for the tender. We hope that in the middle of November the order will be place at the company. Be optimistic the construction will take eight months. In July we could have all four Anti.

Raffaelli - 14/07/2010 Conclusions - The delivery at CERN of anti2,3,4,5 should finish at the end of 2010 - The design of the Anti 6-7-8-11 is almost finish, only minor details and checks must be done. -We can make the tender for Anti 6-7-8 and Anti 11, including sliding rings and covers in August, expecting to place the order in the middle of November. -The construction times (eight months) reported could be optimist because is based on the last construction that was tested before with the construction of Anti1. -The same consideration must be done for the banana production and all other tools that are different for the previous one. Some time to setup a new tooling and structure will make up to spend some time. -The strategy to respect the schedule for the delivery the Anti6-8 and 11 (July 2011) is to start early with the prototype of the new parts and mounting tooling. -It will be not easy to manage all the activities including the reworking of Anti0, that can happen after the delivery of Anti5 at CERN.
