3. Draft HMIS Data Standards Current draft released in July 2009 for public comment. Public comment period ends on September 22, 2009. HMIS Standards govern collection and management of client data in HMIS. 4. Proposed Client Outcome Measures Additional Program-Specific Data Elements –Programs that receive HUD homeless assistance funding through the annual CoC competition and complete APRs will be required to report clients’ progress on at least one of the performance domains. 4

6. Client Outcome Measures Application Domains are based on the Arizona Self- Sufficiency Matrix 5-point scale used to evaluate each client’s progress on key dimensions of self-sufficiency Each adult evaluated at entry, exit, and at least once annually (if enrollment exceeds one year) 6
