8. Sealcoating a road helps preserve the road and is a fraction of the price that new blacktop would cost per mile. Our crews work with an outside source that supplies and lay the oil prior to our crews adding the chips and rolling. We then return in about a week, after some compackson, to sweep up excess chips.
