9. Initial Proposal Includes a Power Point (oral) presentation and a written presentation Acts as a focusing point for the TEAM The proposal is a very important step because each student gives their ideas. The proposal refines the project and identifies potential roadblocks to success.

10. Project Implementation Students assume and begin to work together to bring project into focus. There will be problems that would arise but this is a good time to learn on how to deal with them. It is very important that you listen to everyone on the group so your group would come with the best solution.
