3. Basement Suite This basement suite is a good selection for Matthew and my self it is a two bedroom one bathroom basement suite. It also allows pets. The down side is again it only has one bathroom and we are not allowed to park in the garage and or driveway. There is also not much square footage. This Basement suite comes with a washer and dryer and a dishwasher.

4. I DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BASEMENT SUITE  I didn’t choose option one because there are no parking spaces for a car and also not enough bathrooms for Matthew and I.  We can also not go in the backyard and or have friends over do to noise violations.

5. Apartment I like this apartment because it in a good neighborhood and close to convenient stores. It only cost 1200$ a month and has indoor parking. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is the problem of living right next to possibly noisy neighbors though. There also is not much room here, no back and or front yard. Washer and dryer included

6. I DO NOT CHOOSE THE APARTMENT  I would like to have parties and I wont be able to do that if we live right next to a person.  There is no place to have a barbecue or any other fun activities.  There is no front yard or backyard.  There is also very limited living space.  Also only one bathroom.

7. The House This house has a large front and back yard for activities. There are no very close neighbors that will complain about us being loud. This house had five rooms and two bathrooms. This way we can have five people living in the house and then rent will be much cheaper. It cost 1700$ so that is a lot more money but then again we will have five people living there, there for one person only has to pay 340$ a month. There is garage and driveway parking for the people that have cars.

8. I PICK THE HOUSE  Its over all the best selection that was there, even though the rent is more it will be fine because if it was just Matthew and I it would cost more for the apartment and or basement suite since those places only have two rooms and the house has five there will be more room for more people who can pay rent.
