6 Monster.com Brendan Connerty Director of College Development at Monster.com. Manages campus outreach and product development efforts for Monster Campus. Oversees Monster.com’s InternCenter product and its membership (comprised of 140 colleges and universities). Expanding Monster Campus’ job-seeking tools and recruitment products. Prior to Monster.com, spent seven years at American Institute for Foreign Study, coordinated study abroad programs in 16 countries. BA in Psychology and Communications from University of Richmond. Member of National Association of Colleges and Employers and National Society of Experiential Education.

7 Dennis Cunningham General Manager, BrassRing, Inc. – Campus Division Dennis has been involved in developing new technologies to automate the process of hiring college graduates. He joined Resume Expert Systems in 1996 as project manager for the conversion of DOS and Windows based software applications to the Internet. These “web aware” hybrids of the original products have been utilized by over 2,000,000 students and 500,000 recruiters. Companies like Arthur Andersen, Andersen Consulting, Motorola, Earnst & Young, General Mills, Dow Chemical and Proctor & Gamble have sought Dennis’s insights on recruiting technology and he has been the speaker at several industry trade shows. Resume Expert has been acquired by BrassRing, Inc. This newly formed collection of related companies offers new services and technologies to make the location, interviewing, tracking and hiring of college graduates faster and smarter than ever before.
