4. The Law : Biological Agents Regulations of 1994 & 1998. The Requirement is to;- Risk Assess AND Control the Risk so as to:- Protect workers at work

5. RISK ASSESSMENT is the KEY Site specific, Task specific, Take account of the worker, Take account of the location Must have : Training, Supervision & Instruction
