27 Luzon Visayas Mindanao The Philippines’ total land area is about 300,000 km2 The Program estimates a LiDAR coverage of 107,318 km2 (about 33%) Current flight plans estimate total requirement of 3,086 flying hours Estimated at 800m flying height Number of flying hours for top 4 flood plain priority Agno = 140 hours Pampanga = 470 hours Iligan = 47 hours CDO = 27 hours The choice of target catchment areas were determined from previous flooding disaster records (source: NDRRMC).
