20  large screen TV or a projector and screen ◦ The 110% rule  Darkened room makes a big difference, especially for faces.  The better the projector the more ambient light it can handle.  The quality of the screen matters, too.  Quiet projectors are important. 20

22  Four video sermons a year offered to Lay-Led Congregations.  The package includes a DVD, worship suggestions, readings, and a text of the sermon.  The cost is $100 a year.  The sermons cover “UU-101” topics.  Lay leaders tell us this is very popular and useful to them.  They want more congregations to do this. 22

24 Find a meeting place with some beauty. Train Worship Leaders and Commission them as spiritual leaders. Pick Music people can and will sing. Don’t try to mimic “big church” Capitalize on what you have: the spirituality of interaction Add ritual 24
