6. Wednesday 9th September 2009 We start around the corner with the museum in St Mère Eglise

13. After savoring the WWII style decoration of the restaurant, the owner showed us the radio room in the bunker downstairs in small groups – a real treat!

16. A special ceremony for Paul Jackson, WWII 501 B Co in the church of Angoville au Plain

17. Two 501 PIR medics, Robert Wright and Kenneth Moore made this church a safe haven for the wounded on 6, 7 and 8 June 1944. The villagers of Angoville au Plain have never forgotten them.
