2  Student Affairs CAS Self-Assessment  Career Development Services Selected  WFD Career Pathway Emphasis  AQIP Project Selection  Leadership Academy Stretch Project  CAS Recommendations and Deans’ Council Feedback

3  Explore new opportunities to build a coordinated career services system, that would streamline pathways for students.  Look for opportunities to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet hiring challenges.  Explore the development of an employment placement and student services utilization tracking system.

4  Key campus service stakeholders input was provided for initial project direction.  Core team was established  Decision to pursue the Keller Futures Center approach and facilitation for project.  Project Brief presented and being reviewed..

5  Design team will be established with a planned facilitative process.  Timelines and Milestones for project will be established.  Cross college communication strategy and plan to be developed.  Coordinated innovation process facilitated and tools utilized.

9  A visual system map of the current student touch points.  A new vision for Career and Employment Services at GRCC with a supporting service model.  Identified implementation opportunities to consider for feasibility.  A measurable service system model.  An innovative solution and model for today and the future.  Increased learning and practical applicability of innovation tools.
