Joshua This means business change An integrated architecture is wonderful… but the point is to improve our capability, flexibility and responsiveness in delivering information and the IM is only an enabler ! so How do we work together to achieve this transformation?

Difficulties in locating/ using data internally Insufficient information about data (metadata) available Little or no common approach to processing Too many types of software/ hardware Need to become a internet-based information broadcaster –Today……..70% paper publications & 30%.pdf output –tomorrow….90% internet based information broadcaster in the next 3 years !! Information Management Group is central for this to succeed.
