4 Summary of proposed revisions Evaluation Replace two reports (EoT and SP) and one table (Criteria) with one questionnaire  Questionnaire (excel format) may be filled in online  Follows outline of existing Criteria  Criteria questions revised to elicit a descriptive response, increase flexibility to adapt to wide range of IA activities and resources Rating system  IA self-evaluation (1-5) replaced with ‘traffic light’: Sufficient/Insufficient/Not Applicable to be completed by WP Presentation  IA presentations to WPs to follow RfE questionnaire Process Minor revisions suggested to clarify the process and outcomes in case of insufficiencies Interim reporting Streamline/update annual reports to WPs (‘two-pagers’)

7 Interim (annual) reports to WPs Executive summary (‘two-pager’) Each WP could use two-page format most relevant to their respective IAs EUWP  Information agreed (quantitative + messages) REWP  Information agreed (quantitative + policies) WPFF first discussion December 2014  EUWP and REWP two-pagers presented in plenary  Comments to be received in follow-up consultations FPCC first discussion January 2015  EUWP and REWP two-pagers presented in plenary  Information required will be tailored to meet needs of the FPCC (greater focus on R&D than other WPs)
