Post-Facto Data Entry

When you see a Red circle or a next button, like this, that means we want you to click on something. These are the same steps you’ll take when you’re working with your patients. For now, let’s go ahead and click “Next”. Welcome to ABPathfinder! I’m Abbie, and I’ll be leading you through how to enter post-facto data today. Next There is just one thing before we get started. Throughout this guide, I’ll ask for your help.

The quickest and easiest way is to print from your To Do Widget on your case load dashboard. You can access the blank data sheet in multiple areas in the software. Before we start talking about entering post-facto data, I want to show you how to print off a blank data sheet.

After you click the print icon you can easily print this data sheet and start your session. Next If you don’t see the data sheet here or if you need to look at all data sheets for that patient you can print from the data sheet management window.

From the data sheet management window, click on the print icon next to the correct data sheet. When you are ready to enter your post-facto data, click on the pencil icon then select “Post-Facto”.

You can adjust the name by using the binoculars in the Original Observer row. First, enter the date and time for when the data were collected. The system does give you the flexibility to enter post-facto data for another team member. Not all users will have this ability, contact your customer administrator if you need this functionality. Once you have entered the information, click on the next button.

If you need to enter a duration for a behavior, you will get a pop up window asking you to enter the minutes and seconds. Now just enter your data. Next

While you are entering your data you may hit the save button. After you hit save you will get annotation bubbles to enter notes for your team. Once you have entered all the data, click the lock button. This will take you back out to the main post-facto window. Next

You’ve now been through the steps on how to enter post-facto data with in the ABPathfinder Therapy Support Software, I encourage you to keep exploring what it can do for you.
