Department of Human Development, Education and Culture (Subprogram 83F): - Provided full allotment to 83F at beginning of the year (other Subprograms, allotment was given quarterly). - At the end of October 2013, USD 341.5 thousand remained unobligated This unobligated appropriation amount is projected to cover: -Approximately $116K for fellowships (PAEC CONACYT & eCornell) -Approximately $225.5K for operational expenses (Conferences, CPRs, travel, and others)
