6 ACS Assured Advice Scheme Launched March 2014 All ACS members either joining direct or through a member group can join the ACS Assured Advice Scheme Retailers following primary authority guidance cannot be challenged by local enforcement officers on the way they handle compliance. A further substantial benefit of being in a group or trade association. This scheme has the potential to remove one of the main advantages integrated groups have over groups of independent retailers
