2 Project was funded by EC IST Programme "Telework in government, business, research and vocational training" 12% of European Union population suffers from disability and approximately 37 millions of people are handicapped The main difficulties for people with disabilities are: Unemployment Accessibility of transport Accessibility of buildings Social attitude Psychological discomfort etc.
