Two PrimaryGoals Enhancement of research activities in the various components of the enabling technology through better understanding of the computationally demanding science and engineering applications, Development of more sophisticated models and more effective problem solving strategies in various science and engineering applications through better understanding of the enabling information technology.

Workshops in 2002-03 AY CRI plans to hold three 2-day workshops: – the first two will be focused on the computational challenges in Biology, and Nanotechnology, –the third workshop will be focused on recent advances in parallel numerical algorithms, parallel architectures, compilers, and performance evaluation.
