6 SALIENT OF STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING - 27 NOV 15 6 POINTDECISION TAKENRESPONSIBILITY Inaugural function Pre-rehearsal of inaugural day will be conducted Tentative time for Inauguration Ceremony will be 11 am on 27 th Jan 16 Chairman PTA will secure confirmation from PM Office for Inaugural function PTA/PFMA/Event Manager PTA Sight Seeing Lahore City Foreign guests will be facilitated on Lahore sight- seeing with the collaboration of Lahore City District Government PFMA Exhibition timing 10:00 a.m – 7:00 p.m for three days PTA/PFMA Food Chairman PTA will coordinate with M/s Gul Studios for food stalls and other arrangements PTA Musical Evening Will be arranged after annual dinner on 29 Jan 16 PTA/PFMA/Event Manager Retail sale Spot sales for all the days of exhibition Devise SOPs for retailer to improve the fair environment PFMA NOCs and PHA Coordination PFMA will arrange NOCs and make necessary coordination with PHA PFMA 10 ft height of stands Restriction imposed in meeting but removed PTA/PFMA

7 SALIENT OF STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING - 27 NOV 15 7 POINTDECISION TAKENRESPONSIBILITY Speeches of Chairman PTA/PFMA Chairman PTA will make inaugural speech to welcome Chief Guest and present leather industry situation and demands for all four sectors PTA Security clearance and liaison with Police PTA secretariat will arrange security clearance of Exhibitors and guests PTA Registration of all business visitors M/s Gul Studios will provide registration services. Only material cost to be borne by Organizers  Visitors’ entrance/exit will be allowed from Hall-1 and Hall-2  At least twenty member staff be available on registration desk PTA, M/s Gul Studios

8 AGENDA POINTS To finalise the space rent invoice of the Show received from Expo management To finalise the segregation of spot branding within the venue for circulation To inform the House the progress for realizing the fund of the Show from the Government & PM presence by Chairman, PTA The progress/development made as yet by PFMA on the matters which are related/assigned to them To finalise reputable food caterers at mezzanine of each hall during the show To chalk out the mode for printing of Fair Directory with all related information of the exhibitors as are getting within the enclosed prescribed form so that this time comprehensive details would be printed in the fair directory To inform the progress made as yet by PTA to the House on compiling the list of invitees for the show. To share the information about the Trend Gallery in the Show this year with new innovative version and objectives. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair. 8

9 UPDATE ON PFMA TASKS DISTRIBUTION OF PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL All members EU delegates in Islamabad Pakistani Commercial Counselors abroad IFCOMA and Indian Leather Council Non members and last year exhibitors Posters and banners will be displayed in major markets of Lahore, Faisalabd, Karachi and Hyderabad 9

10 BRANDING POSITIONS Total Branding Positions (Outdoor)- 282282 Branding Positions will be circulated to all exhibitors on completion of booking of stalls Positions will be allocated on First Come First Basis to both PTA and PFMA Exhibitors The Sponsors (both Associations) will be asked to select positions of their own choice as per prescribed limits, allocation will be done on First Come First Basis Exhibitors will provide Art Work latest by 10 Jan 16 10
