All reimbursements will come directly from A+ College Ready The reimbursement process cannot start until after the MOA has been signed and returned to A+ CR You will use the A+CR reimbursement request form. 5. 5 A+ College Ready Partnership Budget Descriptions Budget Descriptions are broken into two categories Categories A+CR will reimburse or pay directly to the district Categories A+CR will cover directly Please refer to Budget Descriptions sent in the email

6. 6 A+ College Ready Partnership Budget Timeline APSI May request summer 2016 after you have received your invoices from Auburn/Alabama Lead Teacher Stipends May request Fall 2015 Available to district with more than one school in district 1 Lead Teacher per discipline per district (Math, Science and English) $1,000 per Lead Teacher per school (maximum of $3,000 per Lead Teacher) Please include teacher name, amount, and expected date teacher will be paid through payroll AP Teacher Stipends May request Spring 2016 after final Saturday Study Session $100 per Saturday Study Session and $200 for the Saturday of the 2-Day training (maximum $500 total) No stipend for vertical team meetings Please include teacher name, amount, and expected date teacher will be paid through payroll

7. 7 A+ College Ready Partnership Budget Descriptions AP Exams You will receive $46 per Math, Science, English and Social Studies exam You will receive $3 per free/reduced Math, Science, English and Social Studies exam AP Exam fee schedule will be available later in the year AP Coordinator will need to complete the AP Exam breakdown sheet and submit along with the full College Board invoice

8. AP Equipment Funds have been sent to all Districts based on lists of items to be purchased Record of AP items purchased must be compiled and returned to Jenifer Glover by December 31, 2015. This should be one packet per school that provides the invoices that match the approved AP supply list for all MSE and SS courses. Equipment Funds for 6-11 th grade teachers who attended LTF training and signed an LOA to teach LTF infused courses to 80% fidelity have been sent to the District A list of all Pre-AP items purchased must be compiled and returned to Jenifer Glover by December 31, 2015. Please email your compiled list to jenifer@aplusala.org.
