4. 4 Eligibility Criteria for Validation of CDM Projects The eligibility criteria: In a nut shell, All projects which demonstrate that they supply” Real, Measurable, Long Term Emission Reductions by fulfilling the rules described in Decision 17/CP7 (Marrakech Accord), for more info refer: http://cdm.unfccc.int/EB/Meetings/016/eb16anagan1.pdf The project must not be a business as usual and demonstrate additionality, for more info refer those projects submitted for public comments from the following web: http://cdm.unfccc.int/Projects/Validation/?archive=yes Host country approval and confirmation that the project meets sustainable development criteria. Non Host Party letter of approval Project must use approved Baseline and Monitoring methodologies.

5. 5 Eligibility Criteria for Validation of CDM Projects Project must reflect the beneficial requirements of Environmental Social Sustainable Developments Complete version 2 of CDM PDD should be submitted with out altering the template
