Summary Implementation: Definite improvement in some areas, still far from targets, poor uptake in IPT which needs continued focus Monitoring and evaluation prospect of improving within reach and will be invaluable metric Visibility and cooperation among international bodies increasing, higher profile in HIV community Areas in need of focus: Infection control, intensified case finding, diagnostics, research funding, greater engagement of PEPFAR country implementers in WG
