HOW TO WRITE A PRESENTATION PLAN (PP) IN MICROSOFT WORD Hello everyone, Today I want to talk about: So let’s start:

We open the program Microsoft Word from our favorite shortcut or the Microsoft button or the Start button.

Then we type our Personal Number for this class, the PP number, our name and the two first lines above or anything similar as introduction.

Saving the document in our PP folder may be a good idea at this point.

We may do that by pushing the keys “Ctrl” and “s” simultaneously and creating a folder in the same pop-up window.

We may confirm that we are writing in English by selecting the whole text (Ctrl and a) and looking at the status bar below; it should be English.

We should correct our spelling mistakes along the way by right- clicking the words that are underlined in red.

As our text is all selected, we may as well select an English font from the home menu.

I also find it useful to see all the hidden marks in my document by clicking Word Options from the Microsoft Word button menu in the upper-left corner.

After the introduction, we are ready to begin numbering each of our following statement until we reach 10 statements.

Once we reach 10 statements we may consider the PP finished but may continue on until we reach a nice conclusion.

At that point, we may think about illustrating our document with images, pictures, drawings, etc.

If finding illustrations is easy then we may even think about creating a PDF or a PowerPoint document; this is easier than you may think.

I have learned many little details while creating this documents. I am sure it will be the same for you if you try. Using our imagination and creativity is never wasted.

I am finished. Do you have any other questions? (... )

Thank you for your attention. (Your turn (... ) or ) Who’s next?
