9 Dismiss Reject, ignore or trivialize ideas by casting them as irrelevant or idiotic. Clarify Pose authentic questions to make unclear points clearer, reveal assumptions and/or unearth goals. Assert State knowledge as truths, the ways things are, realities and/or as the “only way”. Offer Share knowledge as a perspective that is provisional, revisable, and conditional.
