Other GGUS issues 1.21 new GGUS Support Units entered operation with GGUS 8.0 on 2010/10/27. 2.No impact to GGUS ticket submitters who select to Notify a given Site, i.e.most of WLCG tickets. 3.But, if the problem is related to the product itself and not to the site, it is better to open a ticket and let the TPM assign it. 4.New project structures (EGI/EMI) require the assignment to middleware SUs only by the 2 nd level (DMSU=Deployed Middleware SU). No impact to tickets in category 2 (above) but no more cross-assignment possible, for ex. for tickets that turn out to be for any gLite package. Planned for the next GGUS Rel.
