2 2 Overview Undergraduate admissions are healthy Retention of undergraduate continuing/returning students is a concern Intakes into graduate programs are below target

3 3 Undergraduate Eligible student intake: – 5% above our 101 target – 11% above our 105 Year 1 target – 2% above our 105 Upper Year target Visa/Ineligible student intake: – Year 1 - 17% above target – Upper Year - 26% above target

6 6 Graduate Intake At the Master’s level we are facing increased competition within Ontario. At the Doctoral level, in most programs in Arts we are doing well. Intense competition for domestic students across Canada in the sciences is a problem at the Master’s level, and is magnified at the Doctoral level.
