3. 3 TDTWG NAESB Testing Activities – In progress oAssisting ERCOT Project Team by facilitating issue resolution efforts as needed oParticipating in daily testing activities, assisting with communication oHelping software companies as needed to develop NAESB requirements for their Texas Market clients Migration Activities - In progress oContinuing work with the ERCOT Project Team to complete the Migration plan for all Texas Retail Electric Market Participants oEnsuring TDTWG volunteers to participate during preparation week prior to implementation weekend and implementation weekend as needed. oWorking to ensure Chair and Vice Chair can participate in issue resolution activities if needed

4. 4 TDTWG About the NAESB EDM v1.6 Texas Retail Market Migration Plan oThe Migration Plan includes procedures and requirements for a successful implementation oCommunication has been sent to all Primary, Secondary, and Business NAESB EDM v1.6 Project Managers at each MP company. All are aware of the timeline. oShutdown times are specified and must be adhered to. oConference call participation as well as status updates are mandatory oMarket Participants and ERCOT must comply and be available as needed until successful migration oAn escalation process exists and will be executed if needed

7. 7 TDTWG Concerns April 3 rd and 4 th have been identified as the dates for the NAESB EDM v1.6 implementation weekend for the Texas Electric Retail Market. It is critical that ERCOT and each MP prepare and follow the Migration plan and adhere to shutdown times in order to ensure a successful Migration. If migration is unsuccessful for any trading partner Relationship, those entities will not be able to transmit Transactions to those same entities using NAESB EDM v1.6 until technical issues are resolved.
