25. Assignment- Hunting for Housing  You all will be assigned 1 of 5 scenarios.  Your responsibility is to find the appropriate type of housing based on the parameters listed in the scenario.

26. Example  ex. You have just graduated from college and have accepted an entry-level job that pays $1100 monthly in Morris Plains, NJ. Your parents live too far from your job; so living with them is not an option. Your credit history is young, so the chances of getting approved for a mortgage loan are low. You are an active individual and prefer to ride a bicycle to and from work. Find housing that is suitable for this situation.
