4 Training guarantee Given by the Minister of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection: Every young person from 15 to 24 years who is registered as unemployed or apprenticeship-seeking with the PES for more than three months will either be offered a suitable job, an apprenticeship on the free market or a training opportunity provided by the PES within three months

5 Fulfilment of the Training guarantee (2011)  79.5 % of the unemployed jobseekers were registered less than 3 months  97.7 % of the unemployed jobseekers were registered less than 6 months  93.9 % of the apprenticeship seekers were registered less than 3 months  99.5 % of the apprenticeship seekers were registered less than 6 months  Average duration of registration: 58 days for unemployed jobseekers 26 days for apprenticeship seekers
