5  Develop a functional mission that drives district improvement What is the purpose? Why are we here? What do you value? Build consensus around a K-12 vision Align curriculum and assessments K-12 HOW DOES EACH BUILDING HELP THE OVERALL PRODUCT – PRESTON GRADUATE???

6  Communication  Follow through  Aligned Leadership  Including more voices in the change process and strategic planning

7  PR and communication around dual credit opps/ advanced opportunities  Layers of PR around what you are doing and WHY  Transparency with District programs
