3 THE PROGRAM: Two Options Professional Development Certificate One center, one university Three-month course Two sessions per year, January-April & June-August Up to 25 fellows in each session, up to 50 per year Two to three weeks of field study as part of curriculum Strengthening the leaders of today Master’s Degree Five centers, six universities 16- to 24-month course, depending on each university’s schedule 10 new fellows per year at each Center up to 50 per year Two- to three-month applied summer field experience Building the leaders of tomorrow
