3 Supporting Integrated and Comprehensive Approaches to Climate Change Adaptation in Africa Project Closure (reporting) By 10 th Dec. 2012 Commence the AAP national Project Evaluation process By Jan 4 th, 2013 Commence the drafting of the PRR Commence the drafting of the IRTSC Q4 P2P Report By Jan 18, 2013Submit the national Project Evaluation Report By 31st January 2013 PSC Meeting to endorse the PRR and identify follow-up actions. No later than Jan 31, 2013 Submit final PRR and Q4 IRTSC P2P Reports

4 Supporting Integrated and Comprehensive Approaches to Climate Change Adaptation in Africa Final Project Review Report (1/2) Obligatory -self assessment exercise conducted at the end of a project Report from the project team (PM) to the PSC who endorses it It measures progress/success against the chain of intended results as defined in the logframe Pre-requisite for conducting financial project closure It provides guidance for future programming / initiatives The findings can be used to inform the evaluation (and vice versa)
