3 Marketing is… The process of developing, promoting, pricing and distributing products in order to satisfy customers’ needs and wants. All activities needed to get a product from the manufacturer to the consumer.

9 Market Planning The process businesses utilize to achieve their goals. Businesses must reflect using SWOT analysis to understand where they are currently in the marketplace and to determine the direction they want to navigate.
