7. About the internship The high school internship program gives students the opportunity to work directly with quality control teams to gain hands-on experience in a Fortune 500 company. Applied for the internship through University High school job fair. Internship is throughout the summer. Seven weeks in total and 40 hours per week with pay. Internship role is to provide quality assurance for Blizzard’s newly developed games, as well as to answer questions from Internet forum on Blizzard games.

8. Learned from the Internship Experience in a working environment and training provided by the company. Exposure to the various steps in gaming development. Opportunities to talk to development team and management team to learn the critical skills required to be successful. Teamwork with other interns and Blizzard employees. Better understanding of the programing skills needed to get into the gaming development industry.
