The Autonomic Nervous system Used to assess the status of autonomic nervous system (internal organ regulatory system) which is the regulator of internal organs controlling heartbeat, breathing, blood pressure, body temperature, appetite, sleep and is responsible for your body’s adaptability. Below 1.5 – Normal 1.6-1.9 – Attention: Fatigue, decreased alertness 2.0-3.0 – Abnormal: High blood pressure, worsening of chronic processes. Above 3.0 – Pronounced imbalance of autonomic nervous system.

These organs and systems will be weak and will not function properly. If the bar is red, the spine is overly stretched and there will be oversupply of energy.
