1 Kensington Village Retirement/Nursing Home December 2015 2014Ai Kensington Village Mission Statement: Providing “Resident First” Care GREETINGS FROM THE KITCHEN ! With the holiday season upon us, the whole Dietary team would like to wish all of the residents and their families a merry and joyful holiday season. The activities for December will include a celebration Christmas around the world and a Christmas sweater party! “Culinary Quote of the Month” “I don’t like the turkey, but I like the bread he ate.” unknown Anna Prendergast Director of Dietary Services & Chris Zouzal Retirement Dietary Supervisor CONSTRUCTION UPDATE Construction is continuing! We appreciate the continued patience during this time. Currently we are working on a plan to upgrade the Front Entrance. Our beautiful new solarium should be completed by mid-December. Construction has started on the new Nursing Home entrance, the in floor heat has been laid and will start framing in the next few weeks. During the holidays construction will continue as planned. Only 8 more months to go!!
