11 Preceptorship Each NQ practitioner will be assigned a preceptor Preceptorship period will be a minimum of 6 months Each of you will receive intensive support in week 1. You will be supported for 1½ days per month in either formal taught/directed study or 1:1 supervision in practice. All Divisions offer a bespoke preceptorship program Minimum of 2 weeks supernumerary status on starting your new post.

17 Application Posts will be offered according to how well you performed at interview, we use a scoring grid to assess this. The higher you score the more likely you are to secure your post. Depending on time of interviews, we may be in the position to offer you a post but unsure of the exact area. Final appointments will be confirmed by the local divisional lead/main recruiter
