2 2 Government Contracting Assistance The PAC is funded through DoD and the Riverside Community College District. Part of a nationwide network of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTAC). Our mission is to help business firms market their goods and services to federal, state and local government agencies. The program purpose is to increase the number of qualified suppliers, reduce costs to government entities and develop job opportunities.

D&B profile address must match CCR address input before initial registration will be accepted.

8 8 PRO-Net Pro-Net is an Internet-based database of information of small businesses used by government agencies and prime contractors seeking small business suppliers.
