11 Stay healthy by leading a HAL! P – Personal hygiene – keep yourself clean! E – Emotional health – avoid stress and worry! A – Alcohol/drug use – can lead to poor health! S – Safety – dangerous hobbies mean more chance of injury! E – Environment – pollution can cause respiratory problems! D – Diet – right balance of nutrients!
