5.  The Credentials Committee is appointed by the Executive Committee to verify the credentials of all delegates and deal with any disputes about the representation of organisations at Congress.  They d etermine voting rights:  Each Full Member organisation has one vote;  Only the named representative of each Full Member is entitled to vote.  Examine credentials of nominees to the Executive Committee and other subcommittees.

6.  The Elections Committee must ensure that elections are conducted fairly and in accordance with the Constitution.

7.  The Resolutions Committee prepare resolutions and policy statements for decision by the General Conference.  It presents recommendations regarding resolutions and amendments to resolutions.

8. The Standing Orders Committee:  Allows for expansion on the items contained in the constitution.  Stipulates procedures to be followed and how legal matters are dealt with.  Not allowed to be in conflict with the constitution.

9.  Reviews regional developments and activities since the last General Conference  Discusses the vision and objectives for IFWEA  Discuss the needs of the workers’ education movement  Discusses key programmes and projects  Reviews successes and shortcomings  Discusses strategic priorities for 2016 - 2019  Proposes Action plan for year ahead

10.  The reports review regional development and activities since the last General Conference.  Reflect and discuss the vision and objectives for IFWEA.  Discuss the needs of the workers’ education movement within their region, and strategic priorities for 2016 - 2019.

11.  Includes the income and expenditure accounts and the balance sheets for the last four years.  The documents presented to the Conference are a summary of the financial statements and accounts which have been professionally audited.  After discussion, the Conference is invited to adopt the Report and to designate auditors for the coming four years.
