SENIOR SUBJECT SPECIALIST & SUBJECT SPECIALIST  Assist Senior Research Officers in their work.  Develop training manuals/Modules according to scheme of study developed by SROs.  Implement the training as Facilitator / Lead Master Trainer.  Facilitate/On job sport to Master Trainers  Manage Departmental Examination as Paper setter, Head-Examiner.  Monitoring/Evaluation of Long Term, Short Term Lesson planning practice.
