Education  Scholarships and Adult Vocational Training ◦ Inadequate funding doesn’t cover the needs in a downturned economy that is vital for obtaining employment at a living wage  Johnson O’Malley (JOM) ◦ Tribes have to make tough choices and decrease the number of opportunities it provides for its Tribal members to gain a better education and to improve the livelihood for future generations.
