Worship War

1 Thess 5:18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

2 Chron. 17:10 And the fear of the L ORD fell upon all the kingdoms of the lands that were around Judah, and they made no war against Jehoshaphat.

2 Chron 17:12-19 And Jehoshaphat grew steadily greater. He built in Judah fortresses and store cities, 13 and he had large supplies in the cities of Judah. He had soldiers, mighty men of valor, in Jerusalem. 14 This was the muster of them by fathers' houses: Of Judah, the commanders of thousands: Adnah the commander, with 300,000 mighty men of valor; 15 and next to him Jehohanan the commander, with 280,000; 16 and next to him Amasiah the son of Zichri, a volunteer for the service of the L ORD, with 200,000 mighty men of valor. 17 Of Benjamin: Eliada, a mighty man of valor, with 200,000 men armed with bow and shield; 18 and next to him Jehozabad with 180,000 armed for war. 19 These were in the service of the king, besides those whom the king had placed in the fortified cities throughout all Judah.

Psalm 20:7 Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God.

Jer. 20:11 - But the LORD is with me as a dread warrior; therefore my persecutors will stumble; they will not overcome me. They will be greatly shamed, for they will not succeed. Their eternal dishonor will never be forgotten. Exodus 15:3 - The LORD is a warrior; the LORD is his name.

1 Chron 6:31-32 These are the men David put in charge of the music in the house of the L ORD after the ark came to rest there. They ministered with music before the tabernacle, the tent of meeting, until Solomon built the temple of the L ORD in Jerusalem.

Acts 16:25-26 About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them, 26 and suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken. And immediately all the doors were opened, and everyone's bonds were unfastened.
