This allows each Jurisdiction to determine the amount of time before moving to an inadequate ratings.

The original language from A530(Current Cite) that relates to sampling was re- inserted. A350.300.005 has been amended to add “reduce” the vehicle MPG/KPL. A350.300.010 has been amended to add “adjust” the vehicle MPG/KPL.
