9 Ranking of Impacts Nationally Getting data sets back to 1935 cross matched is a challenge for 80% of respondents 65% of participating jurisdictions are concerned about addressing personnel and physical plant security and getting data ready for EVVE Filing deaths electronically is an issue for 33% of respondents Central issuance, restricted use, electronic birth and security paper use are not of great impact
