6. Reminder of Dues Policies Member Dues: Bantam = $120 per team Lightning, Junior, & Senior = $200 per team Registration is online. Payment should be made via credit card at the time of registration. If you need to pay by check, PLEASE PUT YOUR PROGRAM NAME ON YOUR CHECK! All payments should be made payable to "MAYLA" and sent to MAYLA Treasurer @ PO Box 4173 Marietta GA 30061 Programs will not be placed on the schedule until dues are paid in full. Programs who pull teams out after the schedule is complete are not entitled to a refund.
