2 Overall Assessment Academic (P) – Not strong academically, but resources to improve DRASTICALLY if used appropriately Military (P) – Average overall. Room to improve. Focus on drill and utilizing COC to create more effective inspections; maintain professional standards for training of 4 th class cadets Physical Effectiveness (P) – Overall, good. Utilize physically fit leaders to raise standards of average/below average cadets Moral/Ethical(T) – Excellent; stay vigilant for alcohol issues and potential honor violations; stamp out any perceived gender discrimination/corps squad hatred 2

3 Academic Assessment Strengths – Senior Class/Academic Officer = Strong – Excellent Guard Schedule format – ESP environment = good Weaknesses – Rising Sophomore Class GPA is low (2.7) – Not everyone studies in their room during ESP – Tutoring/other resources not maximized 3

12 Physical Effectiveness Pillar Strategy Get to 100% CPFT pass rate (95.7% this semester) – Utilize physically fit leadership to invest time in deficient cadets OUTSIDE of remedial PT Better use of Regimental PT time – More planning by PSGs/PLs leading PT – More discipline within ranks, especially from UC cadets 12
