5.  What will happen to a congregation without good leaders? › Remain spiritual babes (Heb. 5:12-13). › Become disjointed (Eph. 4:16). › Become disorderly (1 Cor. 14:12, 40). › Led away from the truth (2 Tim. 4:3-4). › Devoured by “wolves” (Acts 20:29).

9.  Members of Christ care about the same things He does (Phil. 2:5). › Love the Father (John 14:31). › Love His word (John 5:30). › Love the church of Christ (Eph. 5:25). › Love every member (John 15:9, 17). › Love the lost world (Rom. 5:8).

10.  Spiritual leaders are those who when presented the task at hand are motivated to meet the challenge, to fill the need and to complete the demand in Christ according to His will and His way.
