2 Teacher: Kenji Tachibana Digital Photography I Art 115: Shoot – Three sheets of paper S till-Life: Thing category Shoot three pieces of paper. 1.They must overlap, can curl, but not fold. 2.Show all of one sheet with only up to 15% - 20% of the other two sheets showing. Shoot it three ways. 1.White set with a photo-gray background. 2.Photo-gray set with a darker gray background. 3.Black set with a photo-gray background. Camera angle – shoot straight down showing the paper without perspective or shape distortion.

Shadows become very important to make the subject set (3 pieces of paper) lift off the background and also to separate from each other.

4 Teacher: Kenji Tachibana Digital Photography I Art 115: Shoot – Three sheets of paper R equirements: At the Art 115 level, your image must be well exposed, believable color, and both the focus point and DOF should be match up to maximize the illusion of sharpness. Yes, all your assignment image must be fully processed Photoshop ‘psd’ file with the 3 basic and other adjustment layers fully editable. By turning off all the adjustment layers, the camera original image must be available for viewing.
