5 Effective allocation Allocation effectiveness (  CI a ) = Where C is the competencies C EL is competency level of a resource, which is rated on a scale of 0-4 C RL is required competency level for a role, which is rated on a scale of 0-4 C W is the competency weightage, which is computed using AHP p is the number of competencies

6 Training effectiveness Training effectiveness (  CI TE )= Where C aL is the competency level after training C bL is the competency level before training C aW is the competency weightage after training C bW is the competency weightage before training p is the number of competencies

7 Recruitment/Hiring Impact of recruitment/hiring on CI O (  CI OR )= Where p is the number of competencies n is the number of employees in the organization r is the number of employees recruited or hired
